I got less than a week of spring break, so I have to spend it well regarding the pile of my assignments. Steven and I decided to explore Nanliao Port here in Hsinchu. Funny thing is, I discovered this place because once I took the wrong bus; instead of my church, I ended up here. That time I was too nervous and in panic to walk around. Little did I know that this place is really huge yet interesting.   One of the things I noticed here in Taiwan is the amount of dogs. Here, I barely see any cats walking around the streets like in my hometown. In big cities like Taipei, there are people who treat their dogs like their own babies; all clothed and sitting nicely in a stroller. Meanwhile, dogs in night market areas are ridiculously chubby to the point of they struggle to even walk. There haven't been many people when we arrived, making it very peaceful and calming.
